An experimental 3D music video for XCRUZ, produced entirely in Blender in one week.
MIRADA is an experimental music video produced in Blender for artist XCRUZ. A sequence of characters, objects, and three-dimensional environments creates a shifting visual universe around the music.
The project was developed with broad creative freedom in just one week. Rather than illustrating the song literally, the piece accompanies it through a series of scenes and 3D experiments.
I produced the entire visual side of the video, from defining its language and building the scenes to animation, lighting, and rendering. The music and final edit were completed by XCRUZ and their team.

The process evolved through fast tests evaluated directly in motion. The Blender screenshots reveal the number of cameras, lights, and elements arranged around each shot; the rendered frames show how these setups became dark, reflective, and increasingly dense scenes.
The one-week schedule required quickly selecting the ideas with the strongest visual presence. Using a render farm preserved the quality of Cycles without allowing computation time to become the production's main limitation.
